General reason
The app cannot load your playlist due to out-of-memory issue. And as SS IPTV saves its entry point, it tries to load the playlist...

On first place, i play a stream with sopcast, then i play it in external...

I guess you need to use IP of your computer in your local network instead of 127.0.0.1

when I first jnstalled I was able to load the channels for my canadian source but all that I got was a black screen and and ain animated down arrow...

That signal means that the channel does not load, try it several times in a row by clicking on the channel.

You need mac-address in Smart IPTV only identificate your payment, to activate app for your device. There is no payments or activation in SS IPTV...
