General reason
The app cannot load your playlist due to out-of-memory issue. And as SS IPTV saves its entry point, it tries to load the playlist...

I used the same playlist as my Samsung model. It's 1080p HD streaming. On my Samsung it's work properly but on my Sony model the link works too but...

The only thing you can do on your side is improving connection. E.g. connect your Sony TV by LAN instead of Wi-Fi.
