When entering asks to verify internet connection

Hello to all, I have a Hisense H39A5600 smart TV and until yesterday this app worked perfectly.
Unfortunatelly, when trying to remove an old list to substitute for a new one, I've uninstalled the app ssiptv from my TV.
After that I installed it again, but unfortunatelly after that, everytime I try to start it it asks to verify my internet connection, altough everythink is ok with my network and with every other app.
I have also discovered that if I open the app directly from the app store, (Vidaa U), without even installing the app on the TV, it works perfectly. I t also works well if connection from the TV web browser.
I' ve tried to rest the TV and even the app but the problem persists.
Can anyone help?
