I send you video @.

When selecting a channel, after ~1 min i get "Unable to play: X" stream error message.
App has error logs or something like that? Where can I find them?

I think it's the fault of the list that contains pass & login.
Example:
http://root:MyPass@MyIP:8001/1:0:1:3ABD ... 0000:0:0:0: <- work on LG ega7v (WebOS 2.0) don't work on TV LG B8 (WebOS 4.0)

http://MyIP:8001/1:0:1:3ABD:514:13E:820000:0:0:0: work on both TV

Can you fix this on WebOS 4.0?

No, we can't. This kind of authentication was deprecated years ago

Okay.
But why this authentication works on LG EGA7V?

And how to change authentication in Enigma2 STB?

Have you read the article from my link above?
Some modern browsers therefore no longer support URL encoding of basic access credentials

Almost all the apps for Smart TVs are browser-based.

MKIPTV works OK with LG B8 (WebOS 4.0) and also old version Smart IPTV. But I prefer to use ss iptv, because it is better :D
