I need more information from you:
go to Settings and enter 7378423 on your standart remote controller
service window will appear, look your device Id there and write it to me

Unable to access these options to which you referred. I believe that the ID is the email address used during registration on the LG (which is put below).

No, the ID is not email. But if you are logged on, while launching our app, we can identify you by it

have you changed connection type? from lan to wi-fi or from wi-fi to lan?

Hi,
First of all I want to say thank you for the application and for sharing your work for free.

I have the same problem as acamposxp - all channels dissapeared and just blank page is shown.
Last checked this morning 14.12.2013 - the problem still persist.
The connection is over wi-fi always.
Is there somethink I can do from my side to help resolving the problem?

Here the problem was solved. But gave it to realize the great dependence on online control. It made me insecure. If the host goes offline for a long time or if you drop out of the project we will be "orphaned"? It has to be anyway?

I'm waiting for the text to make the translation into Portuguese.
