Lg Smart playlist problem

Post by sviana »

Hi,

I've installed ss-iptv to a pendrive. I can put the aplication working, see the demo channel, but i've tried to put my playlist and cannot haveit on TV.

I get a code, went do playlist-editor and upload the channels. When I go to my tv, on ss-iptv app, the channels doesn't appears?

What could it be? Did I make something wrong?

Thanks
Sergio

check your playlist encoding, it must be utf-8, also check if your playlist corresponds with m3u specs

It is not a bag. You upload incorrect file. Read m3u specification.

You've changed your code, it looked different. And it is correct now.
I see, this is really a bug.

There is no problem to use such symbols with utf-8, you can see it in playlist attached

Yes, it doesn't. And I do not see any problem here. Now we are improving recognition system, it will recognize channels much better, so there will be no need to use "ç" or "ã" in channels' names

I'm sorry, I see the problem. I didn't observe it before.
This issue appears if only you upload playlist from site. If you use channels with such symbols in external lists, everything is OK

I'm absolutely calm about bugs. And as I've already said, I see, the bug exists and it will be fixed in futer. But till it isn't I recommend to use other tools to get this titles properly. For example, using external playlists.
