SS IPTV

when I first jnstalled I was able to load the channels for my canadian source but all that I got was a black screen and and ain animated down arrow moving up and down Now I get a red circle with a line across and a message connection is lost. I am logged in to my lg account and am connected to the net....any ideas?

That signal means that the channel does not load, try it several times in a row by clicking on the channel.
