When the channel opens the screen bottom bar and the top right of the menus do not go away ... always gets the connection symbol but the bar does not disappear

Ok. At least we know that the app works on D-series now. That's good news. Unfortunately, we haven't such a device, so I cannot say when we fix that

When the TV is full connection to the channel, the symbol that is down on the left appears completely filled , and so disappears the bar and menu.
It seems that the TV can not make a full connection to the channel , this symbol is always trying to make the connection and while this bar does not disappear.
I speak from what I saw in other smarttvs TV ...
Already I thought podesse be my ISP ...
