Hello,
I have problem with geting the app to start on my LG TV modell 55EC930V-ZA. It is continuously just showing the "Loading" message without any progress.
It was working fine for two days and from yesterday the problem started. I was using a trial URL from a service provider which expired and I deleted the playlist using the playlist editor via PC. I might have accidentally deleted the default playlists too. Can this be the cause of the problem and is there a way to restore everything so the app can start again?
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall three times but there is no change.

Since yesterday I'm having the same problem. I tried to reinstall the app without success. BTW my TV is a LG 43LF5900. Any clue?

No error message appears. I have tried leaving it for up to 45 minutes but it just keeps the same status of Loading.

If anyone has such an error (endless loading without error message), enter code 782887 using digits on remote controller. The log will be shown on the screen, take picture and post it here
