Ok. Try these steps:
1. Reboot your router
2. Clear browser cache on your Smart TV
3. Make reset to factory configuration and restart your TV
than try to launch the app again

I tried to uinstall and reinstall the app again but there was no success.

No. I mean what you did in the app. Did you selecte BABU & BMU from operator's list?
