SS IPTV Samsung D series. Current Issue

Good Evening everyone especially to the staff of this forum! :)

Happened to me a strange thing, really strange!
I used SS IPTV for a week with no problem ...! I was impressed from the last release of the program, which works really well on Samsung Series D than previous versions.

2 nights ago, I'll update the list * .m3u, through code issued by the TV, on your official website and save the configuration.
so far, so good!

I open the app on my Samsung Series D, (happy to have updated my list) the application loads, arriving on the main screen and the application crashes. (black screen and restart the Samsung SmartHUB)

I tried uninstalling and installing SSIPTV, nothing to do..
I tried to reset the Samsung SmartHUB, nothing to do..

What can i do? I hate the other applications and believe that this is the absolute best.
I think there is a solution ... because it worked before ... and it worked very well.

I guess you've uploaded too big playlist with too many external logos, so your TV doesn't have enough memory to operate with them. You need to clear your playlist and remove/change external logos (tvg-logo attribute) from it before uploading it again.

But the problem is: How can I remove? I can not access to "SS IPTV SETTINGS" and I can not see the "CODE" bacause the App crash! :/

The App crash while "loading" the main screen!

say that I was locked out :lol:

Try with Playlist Editor via browser on your PC,upload empty(NEW one) list mate(suggestion only).

mmm...I think doesn't work...because I can't connect in the "SS IPTV site" to edit my "actual playlist". For add or edit a playlist in a SS IPTV site you need to a code from SS IPTV app on TV Samsung

Please Eugenie, help me

At the third image, you can see "GET CODE"...

I can not have the code, because my APP freeze before...

My APP freeze in "main page" while loading ...

You don't need to get code second time if you haven't pressed "Disconnect Device" button. Check Playlist Editor's page, your device must be connected still.

Aaahh...ok ok...but I not remember the code...Are there other solution?

You don't need code anymore. Your browser is connected to the TV untill you press "Disconnect Device" button or untill you clear browser cache
