If I link a list with the above authentication format in the playlist editor(as External) then it works but if I have the streams within the list with authentication like the above example(Doesn't matter if they are internal or external) then I get connecting for some seconds and then it fails. That is the problem but if you don't feel like troubleshooting it then it's ok since I can use the authentication in the link so I get new playlist tickets or I can just use ip range restrictions since my server and my TV are on my local network. Otherwise I can help you troubleshoot it, just let me know.

A bit offtopic but... Any chances to get EGP from tvheadend to work? Is it even possible over http? Otherwise can I send you a feed for all the Nordic channels so that you can add them to your server so they will work within the app?

PS: It's really beautiful that the logo tag works in your app as it doesn't work on Smart IPTV. The Channel icons make the menus look colorful :D

I still don't understand in which cases it works and in which ones doesn't.

I don't know anything about tvheadend, but the app supports 2 types of external EPG: XMLTV and JTV
There are many restrictions for them, they are described here:

Hi m33ts4k0z, you must creater in tvheadend->configuration -> access entries-> user * with password to empty.
If it's for local Network you must set in Network prefix to 192.168.1.0/24
Sorry for my bad english

Code: Select all

I've read this thread and am confused. I'm using ss-iptv and I can load the channel list from my provider but when I try to play one of the channels I get a screen which looks like it's about to start before an error message in the bottom left hand corner stating that "Unable to play BBC One. Other stations are similar" . This then loops round to try to play it again and returns with the same message ad infinitum.
I read above something about not being able to use a user name and password. I've been given this
https://channelprovider.com/m3u-iptv.ph ... 8UjnERG6hh etc
I'm not familiar with all the terminology and have posted here about my problem but am I able to use a user name and password as above or not. If I can do you know what the problem may be?
