The lists haven't, your device has. This limit is individual in each case.
The app uses tvg-logo to show logos from playlists. Logo means 'logo', it doesn't mean 'screenshot' or 'poster'. Many playlists contain tvg-logos with high resolution images - 500 Kb or even more. And if such playlist contains thousands of items...
Just multiply 0,5 Mb by 10 000 and ask yourself where your TV should take 5 Gb of memory.

Self-help recipe

If you see the buttons above the screen and have enough time before app's crash, press "Back" button once - it will return you to the root level of the Main Screen. Then the app will crash anyway (as it continues to upload your huge list), but next time it will start from the root level and you'll be able to use it. It may help in some cases.

We do not recommend to use more than 1000 channels.
But as I've already said it is individual in each case and depends on many conditions: TV Model, list's size in Kb, number of items in the list, tvg-logo, EPG...

Your playlist isn't very long, but there are huge tvg-logos there. It is absolutely unacceptable to use such images for tvg-logo
