Samsung UE46D8000 issues

Hello,

I noticed some issues with my Samsung TV UE46D8000. If I open the SS-IPTV app and press accidentally a wrong button for example "Tools" or CH List then the app crashes and reboot the tv. Is there any update for this? Thank you in advance
