Stupid samsung scared of everything. This is what I get on their forum.

The message contain SS, which is not permitted in this community. Please remove this content before sending your post.

It's normaly by "J" series
i did not see any good solution for that.
But try this->
1 install again the app via tizen studio
2 go out from app
3 turn off tv
4 turn on after a minute and wait a minute again
5 press SmartHub button
6 choise ss-iptv from last installed apps
if it's not appears->
7 use "search" option for "ss-iptv"


i think the app going lost when you go to "apps" section
so maybe bring it to the front apps-panel
idk

It appended after few seconds I rebooting TV and message on bottom of the screen says "updating application". During this process (2 or 3 seconds) as iptv is on TV and after isn't

Yeah for me it's the same! Everyday I have to repeat the guide's steps from 8 to 12 and finally the app came back. So Boring but at the moment is the only way!

I have heard the E series have same install instruction like D series...
So if you have balls Linda try this one=)

The application works on models of series E and above.
Installing SS IPTV on E Series TVs
1) Press the SMART TV button on the remote control.
2) Press the red (A) button on the remote to enter the account
3) In the window that appears, select Create account
4) In the field of account- Samsung type develop, and in the password fields any 6-digit number
5) Click the red (A) button again and select the Log in using the newly created user develop account.
6) Press the blue (B) button on the remote control if you have a D-series TV or the Tools button for E-Series TVs
7) Select Settings -> Development -> Configure the IP address of the server.
8) In the menu that appears, enter 91.122.100.196
9) Select Synchronize user applications.
10) After completion of the installation, SS IPTV should appear in the list of Smart TV applications

So that the SSIPTV app does not disappear when you restart the TV.
Go to the apps menu and in the lower right corner turn off AUTOMATIC UPDATE

I think your solution was correct before Samsung had removed the app now is different I suppose the D serie should work with USB if anyone with D serie can confirm.

Both way will work , USB or above instruction . above instruction is better than USB way
