Adding external Playlists

Hi all,
Ive added an external playlist via" App's settings -> "Content" -> "External playlists" When i click on the tile I get "error in PLAYm, there are no items to display"
Link is in format:http://xxx.xxx.co.uk:xxxxx/get.php?username=xxxxx&password=xxxxxx&type=m3u&output=ts
Any help would be great-fully appreciated.
