Hello ssiptv had worked for about 2 Months ago know when i open the App on the right side theres the loading sign which stucks then after 1 Minute the App Crashes i tried everything: reinstallation hard reset soft reset

I just test for the first time on my brand new Philips 5300 series.
I download the app successfully but i can't launch it...
Black screen, i can't do anything.
It's me or the service have problems ?
