app.ss-iptv.com for philips download does not work

Can somebody please help me?
I want to install the SS IPTV app for philips TV 42PDL7906K / 02. But there is every time a error message with "Connection failed, trying again 3, 2, 1 seconds, than again Connection failed". The page with license Details and the Buttons "agree/disagree" does never load currently.

I've tested this issue with my Samsung tv and my Android phone, there is also the same error message.

Could you please fix this isssue?
