I've already answered and I have not time for disputing. Default pin always works.
No matter what TV you have, parental contols work the same way for all the users.

Hi Eugene sorry but I can assure you that when I insert the default pin it tells me it's wrong. There is no way to reset.
the problem is the TV model?.
I see red line and indicates that the pin is wrong. I've Sony Bravia
