SS IPTV it is offline or will be discontinued ?

Hello,

After 3 days nobody in our country Uruguay or in Argentina can see the channels of the private lists .m3u, in all cases it allows the installation and configuration of the SS IPTV in the Smart TV, the lists are loaded but it does not allow to open the channels, we tried in several Smart tV with several lists and already it does not allow to see the channels.

Can you confirm if the operation of SSIPTV will be discontinued? They already go 3 days with this same problem and in some forums they report that it will not work anymore.

Please inform us what is the situation

Thank you

H.D.L.

Why do you write "nobody in our country". To put it mildly it is not so, write only about your own issue.

because we have about 500 clients in Uruguay and about 700 in Argentina that we have configured and installed several IPTV lists and we are getting notice that channels have not been seen for 2 and 3 days.

NO, it is not a problem of mine or of my devices but it is a generalized problem.

In several forums there is already talk of a discontinuity of the SS IPTV after 3 days without working

We have many reports about issues related with last update but there only 2 kinds of them:
  • The app may not be launched. It refers to some Philips, VEWD and Samsung 2012 devices only.
  • The app starts but doesn't play MPEG-TS streams. This issue refers to Hisense VEWD devices only.

So such an issue when the app doesn't work for whole country doesn't exist. Both problems summary affect on not more than 10% of our devices and both of them have been already solved.

If you insist that the issue persists, please, provide more info about problemed devices, used streams and exact discription of app's behaviour during the error.

It is very simple, lists are loaded (we have tried several) the logos of the channels appear and when you press to see each one they are left in black you can not see, no channel, that happens in all Smart TVs of different brands.

Smart TV Samsung, Smart TV Panavox, so far, many have panavox here.

Now I did the test to install SSIPTV on a Samsung S8 Android and it works well, so it's just with Smart TV

It is absolutely impossible. We do not have any reports that streams cannot be played on any devices except Hisense Smart TV.

yes, but it's been happening for 3 days with any brand of Smart TV that uses SS IPTV

Could it be an update of the SS IPTV application that was made 3 days ago?

It has no reports because IPTV is not yet known in our country, only 1 year ago it is beginning to be used and Smart TV owners do not know how to get to the SSIPTV site or the forums to report.

We have millions of user all over the world and as I've already said we have no reports about such kind of issue.
It is absolutely impossible that the app cannot play the streams on any device and we know nothing about that.
I have no time to debate about that, so if you need support, provide confirmation of your words: videos when it's shown that workable streams cannot be played on many Smart TV devices and more info about streams you use.
