the channel name and options do not disappear when the channel is played

I have a problem with the application, The problem is that the channel name and options do not disappear when the channel is played, this also happens in many other channels.

Same here, it started yesterday. before it was like that just few time and switching off/on had solved the problem. right now I can't get rid of it, even deatacching the cable from electricity does not solve it.

Any idea how to get rid of the infos? quite annoying stuff.

Currently we don't know how to fix that as we don't have Samsung Tizen device and cannot reproduce the issue

wouldn't it be possible to add a setting to disable the openeing of the info?
i see that in the setting there's something similar "automatically expand channel info" (or something like this) but it has no effect at all.

EDIT: after removing and reinstalling the app the problem persists. does it have an option to delete all the data? i noticed that after reinstalling it still have all my list, this means that data are not removed completly. it may still have some config or other data stored. any idea on how to clean up the data?
