Hi there,
today tv asked me about a software update and I did it. After this update I used ssiptv whitout no problem, using this simple guide:

After the last update of this morning my playlist was erased and now when i try (3 times at now) using the same steps described in youtube link nothing seems like before and nothing works!
No playlist, no channels, no favourites. Why?
Someone could help me?

what you did : I have loaded playlist with the editor on this site, doing the same steps like the other times
what you expected: when i came back on the tv and i start ssiptv i founded my playlist, now not, nothing appears in ssiptv
I saw a difference compared to before: on first start ssiptv asked about country but Italy there isn't among the choices, so I can't do nothing on that screen. It could be this the problem?

For some reasons the TV link with web site has been lost.
You need to press "disconnect" button on the playlist upload page, generate new code on the TV and connect it again.

Already done this process, I tried again 3-4 times but nothing changes, no list on ssip tv app on my philips...

No, I use the browser in normal mode, only with the adblocker. I have to try with the "incognito mode on my browser (i use mozilla firefox)?
