SS iptv on Philips 5000 series Slanke Full HD LED-TV

Hi SS IPTV team.
I have a playlist that works well on VLC player. With SS IPTV app on my Philips 5000 series Slanke Full HD LED-TV, channels are there and when I choose a channel it does not give a playback error, however, the channel does not show anything.
Any ideas?
