Hi i have a smart Opera tv (Vewd) my tv model is Hisense Smart tv 40h5b The problem with it is that when you open the application it says : " An error occurred while loading... Next attempt in in % seconds " it comes out three times there was an error when loading then charging attempt ..., and the fourth time the screen is left An error occurred while loading my ip is 189.203.188.92.




The error started on January 18

I appreciate your answer but since January 18 as I mention I am like this, I can not access the app it remains as the second screen that I set as an example.
