I also have to same problem with my Hisense H75N6800UK. When launching the app, I see a grey background and a message in the center of the screen saying "Please, wait..." and in the bottom right another message saying "Loading...". It remains like this, I tried to wait for about one hour but nothing happens. My MAC Address is 64:6E:69:55:D3:58. I've checked that my tv has the latest Firmware update

We still do not know why the app doesn't start on some Hisense TVs

We don't need your MAC at the moment. Just launch the app to give us opportunity to collect diagnostic information.
