4K UHD channels

Hi there ,I have iptv channel list loaded in ssiptv.
Every thing works fine however all movies and channels 4k or UHD got only sound and no picture. I have used the same playliste with Perferct player on Android box and it works fine but not with ssiptv.
Can you please help me sort out this problem.
PS: My TV is LG lg 55la965v-za SMART 4K .

Hi Linda - did you ever resolve this?
I have a similar problem as you with an older 2015 LG TV 55UF860V-ZA (WebOS TV v2.2.1 - 2140 (beehive - biscayne). Maybe check your WebOS version to see if its the same?
BTW - My main TV (2016 LG 55UH850V / WebOS TV v3.3.3 - 3704) is fine on 4k IPTV content.

Unfortunately, we cannot support playing of 4k streams for LG 2013.

Hi Eugene thanks for your reply.
Like I have mentioned above my LG lg 55la965v-za SMART 4K is dated 2015 and not 2013, therefore it should support playing 4K stream contents unfortunately it does not ??.

55la965v is the model of 2013, not 2015
