Error in Playlist_0. There are no items to display

On Samsung Smart TV E series i have this error playing external playlist from dropbox (end of link dl=1 or raw=1)
I've checked my playlist with an editor and there are nothing strange

It can be a problem the size of playtlist? 4MB

Are you sure that playlist's structure is correct?
