SS IPTV

Hi at all! I need our help with the application.. The list of channel has been reproduced on vlc on my pc but on my smart tv i have some problems. On the ssiptv The channel list are been loaded but i can't open the stream. Please help! i have found in the faq:
2. The channels work in VLC Player, but does not work in SS IPTV
If you have webOS or Tizen TVs and your streams are multicast, the UDP to HTTP function has to be turned on in app's settings and to be set up on your router.
i spent some time for found one solution but i don't find anything...

Please anyone can help me? I tried everything but I can not make the channels go. On another samsung tv with ssiptv it works perfectly. On my philips no. It's really strange and I can not find a solution for this ..
