Unable to play

Hi,

I loaded a playlist and able to see all channels. But when I try to start any channel I see in the corner time going but the screen is black. After a while, it says "Unable to play: *channel name*. What's wrong? :(

Are you sure your channels uploaded to SS IPTV work?

Yes, definitely. It works on laptop (VLC). This playlist is for only my ISP. Maybe there's the reason

Same happens to me. SSIPTV doesn't work. But the channels can be seen on vlc... Bahhh

Hello everyone,Ive got the same problem trying to play channels but is black screen,deosnt show anything,I can see the list Ive been uploaded but the channels dont work...
Anyone knows what problem is it?

I sent an e-mail to the support team explaining the problem but I am still in waiting.
Please... Anyone who solves the problem, write the procedure to follow on the forum!
