I cant watch more than 15 min screen goes black

I can watch a channel for about 10-15 min, then the screen goes black, the channel disappears for 5-10 seconds, then the channel starts again.. I can then again watch for 10-15 min, screen goes black, channel disappears for 5-10 seconds before starting again.. also I cant find the app at app store, im connecting with app.ss-iptv.com.Can i install the app from usb or smt like that ?

I may suppose that you are trying to use TS format for live streams.

We don't provide widely TS support, may be it will be improved in the future for some vendors.
Please use HLS format instead of the TS. The support of the HLS is our common requirement.
We verify HLS playback before the publishing of the SS IPTV on each platform.

I may suggest you to ask your provider for HLS content.

Also, you may try the the following trick by yourself:
If your link has "&output=ts" part, try to change it to the "&output=hls"

I changed the end of the link in "hls" and I solved the problem. however, now I have another problem. channel transmission is not continuous; the scenes are repeated ..

i have the ssiptv beta i cant download the full version of ssiptv bcoz i cant find in at app store. Could you send me the full version ssiptv apk then i can install with usb

t’s probably obvious to you already, but I’ll say it anyway: it could just be a screen saver. If you wiggle the mouse or hit a key on the keyboard and your screen comes back, that’s it. You can adjust screen-saver behavior in the Display portion of Control Panel.
