Software complete freeze after choosing channel

Great software no complaints once ot ever!
Everything worked fine until today when choosing a channel im waiting for the loading but it never comes and the software completely freezes on black screen.
I did a hard reset and uploaded the external list again, but it remains the same.
The playlist works fine on other software on computer and other apps works fine on tv so its not network issue to then it must be an issue with the software.
Any help will be appreciated!

We didn't make changes which may affect your TV.
I can guess that the content by your link has been changed.

If you want that we check the link, please provide it to the support@ss-iptv.com
And in this case we need your device Id (SS IPTV -> Settings -> Information)

The thing is that the link is working fine on my computer..can it be blocked by internet provider?

Fixed by hard reset to tv.
