SS IPTV

hi, I have two samsung smart TV .MODEL; UE40ES6560Q. In Italy ssiptv app has been banned. I have performed the procedure to install it with usb file, I state that I have two equal televisions of this model in two different rooms. the first works correctly leaving the usb attached to the TV. the second does not work, has the following problem; when selecting ssiptv from smarthub the tv has a freez and after next restarts. what may be due? What could be the problem?

Try to make "soft reset" as described here:

If it doesn't help try "hard reset".
