Can't run SS IPTV from browser on Philips Smart TV

Hello!
i'm having an problem with runing SS Iptv on my Philips 40PFL5507M/08 .
tried to run SS IPTV from internet app, and nothing shows up. Only black screen.
Tried on my laptop and i get the message "an error occured while loading... next attempt to load in X sec."
can anyone please help me?
