EPG noes not work

Hallo,
I'm new here
I use SS IPTV on Philips 50PFS5803 tv.
A friend of mine use Franquie.com as operator
From the operator I've got m3u:
http://fo.trillada.com:80/get.php?usern ... &output=ts
But the EPG does not work
I've already (as on the site of operator suggested) changed once the m3u link in:
http://fo.trillada.com:80/xmltv.php?use ... &output=ts
but still have no EPG.....
Any ideas?
