IPTV MENU PROBLEM

Good morning everyone.
Help me please. When I exit ssiptv by simply turning off the TV without clicking the X button to close the application, the next time I turn on the TV, I enter and click on a channel, the channel information I'm watching under the screen does not go out anything. I press the 3 traces to see the channel list and the information disappears. But when I go back to the channel, the information comes back and does not leave the screen.
It looks like the picture below and this menu does not leave the screen
