Problem with SIPTV

Hi,
I have Samsung TV UE43MU6172U model with payed Smart IPTV app. The problem is that only small playlists with no HD quality can play on this app. If I upload a bigger playlist as 1000 + channels it doesn't play (they are shown also with EPG but dont play). All of the playlists btw have worked on VLC on laptop. It is not the internet connect so. Can someone please help or share his opinion because I want to buy subscription for IPTV but I cant cause even the test playlists they offer are not opening. Tnx in advance
