TV turns off when trying to install or open SSIPTV

Hello everyone, I have a problem that never happened before. In the past I installed SSIPTV on my Samsung UE32ES5500 using the IP option. After a while I had problems with the internet connection on my TV so I decided to reset the TV, so I lost all the apps in it. In the meanwhile the HUB software updated itself. Then I tried to install it again using the same option I had in the past. When I insert the IP the operation arrives at step 2/2 but suddenly my TV turns off itself and restarts itself. Even if I use the USB method it happens the same as soon as I try to open the app. Since it never happened in the past I think that Samsung added a "kind of control" inside the new software to turn off the TV when someone tries to use an IPTV app. Am I too paranoid or it could be the truth? Is there a way to use again the SSIPTV app? Thank you
