How to add .m3u playlist file

Hello,
I was looking how can I add .m3u playlist file into the SSIPTV app because I had to rename channels in notepad in order to get proper EPG but couldn't find such option in "edit playlist" - I can only add a link. Is it possible to upload .m3u file?

Hello, I have a question. I have two Tvs, Sony and JVC (both smart tv). I instilled the app SS-IPTV. My problem is now if I want to upload my playlist remains my PC (the mouse / long load blue circle), but it is unfortunately nothing, who can give me a tip, thannnnnnnnk you
