Parental controls help please....

Hi. I would like to block a whole channel list (not just individual channels). I have added channels to the restricted list no problem, but this is time consuming, fiddly and as more channels are added/swapped I'm constantly having to keep on top of it. Can I block a whole bouquet of channels?
