APP Problems with SHARP TV

Hi, I downloaded the SSIPTV App 4 weeks ago on a Sharp TV using VEWD. It worked fine for a month. The other day when I went to open the APP and the APP is now black, the only way I know it's the APP is because when I highlight it, the name shows up. When I click on it, I get a black screen. So I removed the app and reinstalled it a few times- same issue persists.

The only way I can access it is to remove it, go to Search for APPS (Using VEWD on the SHARP TV), then it will say Add to Favorites or OPEN, so if I click on OPEN, it will open it. IT's very annoying and I am stuck without a solution!
