External link not loading All Channels

I have a Hisense SMART tv 65N8 4K QLED Running SS IPTV app download from the Opera Store. (VEWD)
It was initially running fine but in the last few months it's loading less channels to the point now it's only loading half the subscribed Boutique. I have 2 links that work and load on other devices android phone IPad etc without any issues. Can someone please enlighten me as to why this is the case and what to do to fix the issue.
Loading an edited playlist works fine but I get an error when loading the full m3u file.
