I don't have that option in the app installed on Samsung 46" F series. See picture.

No matter which series is your Samsung TV. This option is available only for HLS streams, streams in your playlist (you sent me) are HLS, the stream on your photo is not HSL, so you don't see this option
by the way, TV on your photo is the same as on my one
