There are 2 important rules to display subtitles on LG NetCast (as your model is):
1. The app must be launched not from LG Store, but from USB Flash. Version for USB Flash has additional functionality now.
2. Subtitles must be associated with language code (yours aren't)

Subtitles track must be identified with a language. Your is not, it's just "Track 1"
