sound problems in lgUK6550

HELLO.
Today I detected an error in the ssiptv app, it does not transmit audio on LG UK6550 PSB TV, I tested sound on open TV and YouTube and it works correctly, check audio on several channels contracted on iptv and also on the test channels that come in the app and none transmits audio only video. I also checked on another LG TV (older model) and there if the app works.

Please help.
P.d. I have the most updated version of the app
