External Logo not loaded although it is ok in the web playlist editor but when open the app from the TV no logo appear ,

need Help to know the standardize name of any channel that is included regionally in many providers example osn discovery channel how to write ir to get the right epg for osn not any country

I did many days ago and sent example to the mentioned mailbox with no luck to get any reply or support
Are u sure that it is active mail box,, your support to fix this issue will be highly appreciated
