Вам нужно подключить плейлист как внешний и дописать в адрес #catchup=shift
Должно получится что то вроде:
http://playlist_with_archive/playlist.m3u#catchup=shift

GStreamer прямым текстом ругается на то, что сервер закрывает соединение, соответственно воспроизведение обрывается.
Может быть, есть возможность попробовать "держать" соединение принудительно?

Попробовал установить:
На телефоне ошибка upnp: ( %DWNLD-I: 1146: portmap_error_alert 'could not map port using UPnP: no router found')
На windows 7 запустить поток тоже не удалось (где лог лежит?)
