Samsung Tizen Os 1300 SS İP TV problems

i own a samsung tv Q7FN. Samsung tizen tv automatic update took place in early August. After the update, no ip tv application can open channels.
Lists load smoothly, but no streaming. Neither TV channel nor movies can be started. Apps I've tried SS İP TV - OTT PLAYER - DUPLEX İP TV ...
How can this problem be solved? Please help



I connected to the internet with the TV by sharing my phone's wireless network. Then, the broadcasting of ip tv channels started. Everything works stably.

But when I connect to home wi fi with wired and wireless again, the channels don't open. I reset my tv network settings. I reset the modem. But the problem persists. There is no streaming in any ip tv application. It can only work when connected to the phone's wi fi .... Please help!

Exactly the same problem here.. I also reset my modem and Tv but iptv apps do not work without mobile connection.

I have opened a ticket to my ISP (Turknet), what is yours? There might be a user based limiting but I have no idea why I can watch iptv on my laptop or mobile..

Turknet kullanıyordum. Turknet' e ulaşamayınca superonline ile anlaştım.
Superonline' nın vermiş olduğu modem ile sorun yaşamadım. Ama superonline şifresini kullanmış olduğum
TP Link modemimle deneyince tekrar kanallar açılmadı. Yani sorun Tp Link modemdeydi.
Modemi kaç kez reset yapmama rağmen düzelmedi. Şu an superonline modemiyle kullanmak zorunda kaldım.
Siz de Tp Link modem mi kullanıyor musunuz?
