In both ways, the external subtitles icon is active on the TV, but unfortunately no subtitles are shown on the screen. Am I doing it wrong somewhere?

There is one important requirement for servers where external subtitles are stored. Server must return http-header

If the server doesn't do that, the app on some device won't be able to retreive subtitles' file.

This is the most beautiful thing I've ever learned. thank you so much. Hopefully, more features will come soon, such as subtitle location, font and color.
