Where to upload Local M3U file

hi all
Where can i upload my local m3u file and use it in kodi or other platforms?
the file is pretty big, so i have made a smaller m3u file with specific regions.
For upload it to a samsung tv, i need a URL for the m3u. I have tried with github, doesnt work, i tried with google drive, doesnt work.
Any help much appreactiated
