Samsung smaty TV

Hi, I have followed instructions to Install SS IPTV on Samsung Smart TVs of D and E series and it appear on the app list but when trying to use it message loading stays on the screen. I have left it to load for couple of hours and nothing has change. Any idea what's wrong? Thanks Greg.
P.S my tv is Samsung Smart Tv UE46D6750.

I guess, this is DNS problem of your ISP, network device, or even in TV. Check your DNS settings in TV first of all. If you changed them, return them to default state or set it to 8.8.8.8 (google dns)

Hi. Honestly I don't know what are you talking about, where the DNS is but any other apps works fine and internet connection on the Tv works as well. Sorry but I don't know what and where change.

Ok then what should I put in instead what all ready is there. Can you tell me what numbers change. If i change DNS will it still work with my network. Thanks.

192.168.0.1 is the IP of your router, I guess the problem is in DNS on it. You need to change DNS Server to 8.8.8.8. Everything has to work, if not, you'll be able to change DNS back.

Ok I jus have changed DNS to 8.8.8.8. will see what happening.
